Attorney Gloria Allred plans to call a “surprise witness” this morning in the custody battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, and the lawyer claims the testimony is sufficiently explosive to immediately cost Britney custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden.
Allred filed a declaration concerning the witness’s testimony with Commissioner Scott Gordon, who has already read its contents. As a result, the witness will not have to take the stand unless Spears’s attorneys want to cross-examine him.
Although the witness has not yet been identified, Allred claims he had sufficient exposure to Britney’s parenting to offer credible testimony that Britney used drugs in her home in front of her children. The witness is not a celebrity, according to Allred. “”You may recognize him as we walk into court. But maybe not. He is not famous. He’s just someone who’s concerned about the kids.”
UPDATE: Meanwhile, Laura Wasser plans to file papers permitting her to stop serving as Britney’s attorney. Wasser is supposedly fed up with the Pop-Tart’s failure to follow her advice. Marci Levine is expected to step in as Britney’s lawyer shortly.

Viewing that picture it appears that custody is not all Brittany is about to lose and exposure is something she’s famous for!
