Turns out that Kevin Federline placed the call that brought police and ambulance personnel to Britney’s house last week.
When Britney refused to return Sean Preston and Jayden to Federline at the end of her visitation, Federline’s lawyers advised him to contact the police. Not long after, K-Fed realized that Britney had holed up in a bathroom where she would have access to the Beretta handgun he’d given to her during their marriage, along with another firearm that Britney keeps in the house.
The fact there was not one but two guns available to a clearly unbalanced Britney led to last week’s massive police response during which Britney had been described as being “on something”.
Although Britney tested alcohol- and drug-free in the hospital, she’s said to have swallowed a handful of OxyContin pills — a/k/a “Hillbilly heroin” — and washed them down with more prescription pills, herbal pills and a variety of medicinal liquids:
“She ended up taking 20 Clenbuterol diet pills, 18 herbal speed tablets, 18 Piriton anti-histamine tablets, 12 Vicodin painkillers, 10 sleeping pills and eight antacid reflux tablets.
“She also drank one bottle of Pepto-Bismol, two bottles of NyQuil and two bottles of OxyContin painkiller, and took a further 10 anti-hangover drugs and six Ritalin tablets which are usually used to treat Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).”
Britney was released from the hospital after slightly more than 24 hours as an in-patient. She spent the weekend in Santa Barbara where she was spotted holding hands and sharing lollipops with Adnan Ghalib, a married member of the paparazzi with whom Britney has been seen often in the past few weeks.

How could she have tested alcohol and drug-free in the hospital if she took all of that? The alcohol content of all of that Nyquil alone should have shown up on a test! Wonder who that “source” is they are quoting on DigitalSpy?
