Courtney Love was snapped leaving a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon’s office looking much like the heroin addict she used to be.
The singer — who once admitted to being “addicted to physical perfection” — is now cracking jokes about her emaciated appearance. At a concert earlier this month at NYC’s Hiro she joked about ordering Ensure shakes and told fans “You’re going to have to wait for my eating disorder. It’s getting kinda spooky but the free clothes are great.”
But those who caught the show say Love — who chain-smoked and “screeched” through her performance is ““up to her old tricks”.
Which old trick: pushing the needle or pursuing perfection? Hard to say, but We aren’t aware of too many anorexics who’d willingly ingest calories by drinking wine like Love admitted to doing doing before taking the stage for her July 13 performance.
Perhaps she’s decided to follow in the stumbling footsteps of the man she credits for getting her off drugs, that paragon of sobriety himself: Mel Gibson?
