After acting as her own publicist to negotiate an exclusive interview with OK Magazine, Britney Spears proved that when it comes to publicists you get what you pay for.
According to sources, Britney’s photo shoot and interview for the magazine was surreal, a “complete disaster.” Sources at the magazine describe Britney’s eyes rolling back in her head throughout the interview and her behavior being “nothing less than a meltdown.” She interrupted the interview repeatedly for trips to the bathroom, after which she’d return in a completely different mood.
Naturally, Britney brought along her favorite pets, none of which were well-behaved. After her new dog made a mess on the magazine’s floor, Britney grabbed — get this — a Chanel dress to wipe it up! Also in tow: friends whom Britney insisted on using in place of the magazine’s makeup and hair artists.
At one point, witnesses say Britney ordered in some fried chicken. She loves her greasy, fried foods, y’all. After stuffing her face, Britney is said to have wiped her hands on her dress — one by Gucci, worth several thousand dollars. Unfortunately, it was also the dress she was to wear for the photo shoot.
No need to worry how the dress will look in the photos, though. Sources say the pictures were “so bad” that their publication would “kill her career.” Then again, that might be an act of kindness at this point.
