Seriously, is there anything Kate Moss can’t do? She can stand around looking thin and brittle. She can stand around wearing very expensive clothes looking thin and brittle. She can cut rails of coke on a CD case while looking very thin and brittle. She can design a line of clothing made for women who also look thin and brittle. Oh, and she can sling her child around town on her thin and brittle hips.
She’s a powerhouse, that Kate Moss is. And she’s got the nose to prove it now that she’s coming out with her own perfume.
Says the former coke-sniffing waif, “I learned a lot about having to smell layers and picking out the scents. I don’t think people generally smell a perfume and say, ‘Oh, that bottom note!’”
Yeah, when dousing myself with a perfume, shower gel, body lotion and deodorant spray designed by a woman whose junkie ex-boyfriend calls a nasty old rag, that’s just what I want to be thinking about: the bottom note.
