What a difference a year makes, eh? Why, just twelve short months ago Mel Gibson was charged with a DUI preceded by his now-infamous anti-Semitic tirade.
One of the terms of his probation? Attendance at a 12-step program for the next calendar year. Guess they don’t offer such meetings in Costa Rica, where TMZ reports the star has purchased a home and intends to make charitable contributions to the natives.
After he finishes knocking back whatever’s in that blue bottle, of course. I’m betting it’s not water.
