Kim Cattrall won’t be playing second string to Sarah Jessica Parker in the “Sex and the City” movie.
After three years of holding out, she’s now getting everything she hoped for: equal pay, equal billing and the same amount of time onscreen as SJP.
She’s also going to receive equal star treatment, too: both women will have identical trailers, and Cattrall will have her own team of hair and makeup artists.
The two actresses made up just last week after years of silent feuding. Cattrall sent SJP flowers to congratulate her on the launch of her new clothing line, “Bitten”, and SJP responded by sending Kim a few freebies.
SJP says she never asked why Kim Cattrall had been holding out on signing the movie contract, but she’s overjoyed now that the movie’s going forward.
Now the question remains: what about Mr. Big?
